Desideriamo chiarire che i tempi di spedizione decorrono dal momento in cui l’ordine viene preso in carico dal corriere. Nel tuo caso, la spedizione è partita il 4 marzo ed è stata consegnata il 10 marzo. I giorni non lavorativi (sabato 7 e domenica 8 marzo) non vengono conteggiati nei tempi di transito.
Inoltre, come indicato nelle condizioni di vendita, la spedizione viene effettuata entro 48 ore dalla preparazione dell’ordine e le consegne avvengono dal lunedì al venerdì durante l’orario d’ufficio, esclusi i giorni festivi.

As clearly shown in the photos and stated in the description, the shirt had pilling on the fabric (small balls or clumps of fibers on the surface). This was already disclosed prior to purchase.
Regarding tears, the item has none. If there had been any tears or structural damage, they would have been clearly mentioned in the description, which was not the case because no such defects are present.

The shirt was listed and shown in photos as being in excellent condition, with no indication of significant pilling or snagging. In reality, the shirt has heavy pilling and many snags. Given the high price, this is not acceptable and the item is clearly not as described.
